The marriage Ot Edward Louis Sigristof 1C North B street and Miss Nellie Parker Bailey of Baltic took place Wednesday afternoon at two o’clock at the Baltic M. E. church, the ceremony being performed by the pastor, Rev. Chauncey Ruoff. The bride wore an attractive gown of white canton crepe and carried a shower bouquet of bride's roses and lilies of the valley. The bridal veil of tulle was caught with orange blossoms. She was attended by her sister, Miss Alice Parker, as maid of honor. She wore periwinkle canton crepe and carried pink carnations. The groom had for his *est man Gustave Swanson of Baltic. The church was prettily decorated for the occasion, the chancel being banked with ferns, and dahlias and yellow daisies were used extensively. Following the ceremony at the church, there was a reception and luncheon at the parsonage, which was attended by fifty guests. Large quantities of flowers were used for the decorations at the house. The bride received many handsome and useful gifts, including money, china, silverware and linen. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Bailey of Depot Hill, and was born in Lancashire, England. She is well known in Balt*? and surrounding villages where she has numerous friends. Mr. • Sigrist was born in Preston, the son of Mrs. Marie Sigrist and the late Henry Sigrist, and has made his home for many years In Taftville where he Is employed by the 1 Ponemah mills. He is one of the popular young men of this village. Following a trip to Revere Beach and Nan-tasket. the young couple will be at home to#their friends in Taftville.
