While drunk Wednesday evening: Scott attacked Malone with a bar of iron and injured him so seriously that he is unable to be out of bed. Scott was arraigned before Judge Silvara on a! charge of intoxication and was released ! on bond, • Mrs. Malone has decided to push the case of assault and will have Scott taken before a justice of the peace.
