ChurchSTEUBENVILLE - Darlene Pehanich of Steubenville has announced the engagement of her daughter, Katherine Ann, to Theodore Adam Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Smith of Toronto.The couple is planning a June 1991 wedding at the First United Methodist Church, Toronto.Miss Pehanich, also the daughter of the late George Pehanich, is a candidate for graduation in June 1991 from Steubenville High School.Her fiance is a 1989 graduate of Toronto High School and is serving in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Benning, Ga.
