QUENVOLD-flARKSEiNThe marriage of Mr. E. 0. Quenvold, of Minneapolis, to Miss Alma Mark-sen, of Owatonna, was celebrated in the Lutheran church at Owatonna Wednesday evening at 6 o’clock in the presence of a large company of friends and relatives. After the ceremony at the church, a reception was given the bride and groom at the Marksen home and a supper was served. Mr. and Mrs. Quenvold departed the same evening for Mankato and from there they will go to Minneapolis where they will commence housekeeping. Miss Marksen is a daughter of Mr. Marksen, the Standard Oil Co.’s representative in Steele county, and Mr. Qudhvold is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Quenvold, of Riceland, and well known as one of the best, prize winning buttermakers in Minnesota and the Northwest. He made his reputation while in charge of one of the largest and best of the numerous Steele county creameries and now has charge of the big creamery of the Minneapolis Cold Storage Co. at Minneapolis. Mr. Quenvold has a host of friends and acquaintances in Albert Lea and Freeborn county who will wish him and his bride a long and happy married life.Those present at theQuenvold-Mark-sen wedding at Owatonna Wednescay from Freeboru county were Mr. Quen-void’s father and mother and two brothers from R celand, Mr. Jacob Queu-vold of Hartland, and Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Gustavesen of this city.
