T. Lowen, also of DrumheUer. Rev. Dr. R. B. Layton officiated.Tho bride, -who was given in marriage by her father, chose a floor-length gown of white satin with an overlay of net and Valentino lace flounces on the skirt, while the bodice featured an overlay of lace and net, lily point sleeves, and a Queen Anne collar beaded with pearls ^nd sequins.' Her finger-tip veil misted from a crown of sequins and pearls. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of red roses and stephanotis with white satin streamers adorned with tiny rosebuds. Her only jcwclery was cultured pearl earrings, gift of the groom.The bride’s three attendants were her sister, Mrs. Marian Anderson. as matron of hon9r, dressed in a mauve waltz-length gown of net and lace over taffeta, with matching headpiece and gloves, and carried a colonial bouquet of yellow carnations and Shasta , . daisies wit satin streamers. Misses Helen and Viola Howard,. cousins of the bride, wore matcher ■ ing waltz-length gowns in yellow h ! and aqua green lacc and net over £ taffeta, respectively, with match-g ] ing headpieces and gloves. They carried colonial bouquets of ber-j • gundy and pink carnations and _ | Shasta daisies, respectively, with j ; satin ribbon streamers.* Tho groom's attendant was his brother, Mr. Chris Lowen. The guests were ushered by Mr. Howard McKee, brother of the bride, and Mr. Albert Anderson, who also acted as groomsmen.The bride’s mother chose a dress of pale blue and white silk with while accessories and wore* a corsage of pink sweetheart roses.The groom's mother chose a r navy blue dress with, light blue accessories, and wore a corsage of red roses.During the signing of the reg- y istcr, Mrs. A. Scmaka sang O Perfect Love”, accompanied by Miss Dianne Dickicson on the organ. , IA reception for 70 relatives was held in the Knox Hall which was. very daintily decorated with pink ,and white streamers and bells, t The bride’s table was centred with! a beautifully decorated round | three-tiered wedding cake with flowers and lighted tapers on either side. The side tables were also decorated with roses, daisies, carnations and lighted tapers.The toast to the bride was pro- 1. posed by Mr. Alfred Howard, uncle of the bride, which was responded to by the groom, who in ! retflrn proposed a toast to the bridesmaids. This was ably responded to by the best man who also read a telegram of congratulations from British Columbia.The bride chose as her going away ensemble, a beige tweed suit with tangerine accessories She wore a corsage of talisman roses.After a honeymoon trip to various parts of the U.S.A. and British Columbia, the couple will reside in Drumhellcr.£safrIcCrrIy
