SOCIETYCathedral WeddingIn St. Paul’s Cathedral on the morning of July 23 Miss Elizabeth Phelan, daughter of Mrs. Alexis X. Phelan, of Raleigh street, and Wit-liam F. Really, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Really, will be married during a nuptial Mass.Miss Collette Burns Phelan will be her sister’s maid of honor and Ray Donahue will be best man. The ushers will include Walter D. Shanahan, Herbert Mansmann, Paul J, McGraw and Earle M. Diebold. A . wedding breakfast in the Hotel | Schenley will be served after the ceremony.Miss Phelan was honor guest at a dance given Tuesday night by Mrs. Philip Gillespie, of Wallingfordstreet, and last evening the bride-elect’s brother, William Burns Phelan, gave a dance for her and for Miss Collette Phelan, whose engagement to Walter Linn Shanahan of Bayard street, Pittsburgh, has just been announced.Miss Helen Diebold will give a bridge luncheon this afternoon in her home on Jackson street for the Misses Phelan, and tonight Mrs. Bayard McHugh, of Avondale street, will entertain for the same guests.Miss Mary McNally, of Ben Avon, will give a tea dance m her home Saturday afternoon for the prospective brides, and Monday nightMr, and ^Mrs. P. J. McGraw, of Kelly street, will entertain with adinner dance in the Pittsburgh Athletic Club for the same guests. Mrs. Earle M. Diebold, of Heberton avenue, will give a tea next Tuesdayafternoon for the iStsses Phelan.
