Barkman, LaMoille, and James W. Horan, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Horan, Princeton. The Barkmanspresented their daughter at the sanctuary which wasdecorated with daisies, carnations, mums and stock and candelabra.The Rev. Harold Burkey performed the double ringceremony at 7 p.m. on June 29. Organist was Mrs. RogerSwan. Michael Horan soloist and guitarist sang, Turn, Turn, Turn, The Wedding Song and a folk version of The Lord’s Prayer.Honor attendant for the bride was Karen Lucas,Princeton. Other attendants were Rhonda Cole, Van Orin, and Gwen Haas, niece of thebride. Jackie Barkman, Paw Paw, another niece, was flower girl.■ Mr. Horan’s best man was brother, Michael Horan, Austin, Minn. Groomsmen were Bill Phalen, Bloomington, and Greg DeBord, Delavin, Wis. Ushers were Charles and Steven Barkman, LaMoille, brothers of the bride. Ring bearer was Douglas Stuepfert, LaMoille, nephew of the bride.A flocked nylon organza gown was chosen by the bride. The square neckline was outlined with hand-sewn pearls, which also adorned the long-pointed angel sleeves. Lace and lavendersatin ribbon accented the Empire waistline. She wore a white, lacy picture hat with lavender satin ribbon, andcarried white roses, lavender mums and baby’s breath.The bride’s attendantswere in blue, green, pink and yellow flocked organza gowns with floral trim criscrossing the bodices and with butterfly sleeves. Their flowers were pastel-shaded carnations and baby’s breath, and all wore picture hats, excepting the flower girl, who wore flowers in her hair.The chapel parlor was place of reception for 200, after which Mr. and Mrs. Horan departed for wedding trip to Canada.
