Joanne StricklandAugust Wedding PlannedMrs. Hazel Strickland announces the forthcoming marriage of her (laughter, Joanne, to Mr. Howard Harris of Griffin, Ga.Miss Stickland is a graduate of St. Camillas Academy and Eastern Kentucky University. For the past few years, she has been teaching in Guam. Shewill be teaching this year for the Griffin Spalding County School System. Mr. Harris is employed with Eastern Air Lines in Atlanta, Ga.The wedding will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, August 11, at the Macadonis Baptist Church in Stark, Ga. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. No formal invitations will be sent.
