McMahon-Walsh Wedding WednesdayA pretty wedding was solemnized Wednesday morning’ when Miss Alice McMahon of Casey was united in marriage to Murrill V, Walsh of Marshalltown in St. Joseph's church in Casey, at 8 o’clock. The Rev. J. McAniff performed the ceremony.The bride wore a lovely gown of Brussels lace over cream satin and a train with a short point lace veil. The gown which is a family heir- j loom was worn by the bride’s aunt i at her wedding several years ago. jShe wore a jeweled necklace j which was also worn by her aunt and carried a-bouquet of roses and delphinium.The maid of honor, Miss Marie Mullin of Britt, intimate friend of the bride, wore a dress of Alice blue organza,y floor length, with a coronet of gardenias and carried a bouquet of Ophelia roses. The junior bridesmaids, the Misses Marv and Helen Kading of Boone, nieces of the bride were attired in rose and aqua organdy frocks and carried bouquets of mixed flowers.The bride’s mother, Mrs. Ella McMahon, wore an orchard silk net dress which was worn by the matron of honor at the wedding of the bride’s aunt 23 years ago.The1 firroom and best man.
