Start New W. P. A. Music Project at Spring Valley IDo you want to play in a band or j orchestra?Under the sponsorship of the Educational project of W. P. A., band and orchestra groups may be organized under the leadership of Leonard Bertrand, of Spring Valley.If you wish to join any of the groups already organized, get in contact with Leonard Bertrand. The groups are open to adults of sixteen years and over who wish to learn to play band and orchestra instruments.This project was made possible by Mr. Charles Johnson, supervisor of relief in Hall township. There will be no charge for Mr. Bertrand’s instruction to anyone.
