Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Williams, of 35 Euclid Ave., announce the marriage of their daughter, Emma Jane McFadden, to Allen D. Downey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Downey, of Tiona, Pa. which took place Saturday, July 10, in the parsonage of the First Baptist Church. The single ring ceremony was per formed at 4 p. m., by the Rev. Berthold Jacksten, pastor. Attend ants for the couple were Mr. and Mrs. John Beck, sister and brother in-lef of the bride. Mrs. Downey was attractive in a tailored suit of dusty rose gabardine. She wore a matching off-the-face hat trimmed in dusty rose flowers from which a short matching veil fell. White wrist-length gloves and a shoulder corsage of pink rose buds completed her costume Her attendant, Mrs. Beck, chose a grey gabardine suit complemented by black accessories. She also wore a corsage of red rose buds After a brief wedding trip to un announced points the couple will reside at 107 East Main St., where their home is ready for occupancy. Mr. Downey is employed by the Bradford Transit Company.
