Rogers, Peterson wed in NebraskaSara Lynn Rogers and Douglas Allen Peterson were married at 2 p.m. July 3 at St.Mary’s Catholic Church in Norfolk, Neb., with the Rev. Jim Kramper of Lindsay, Neb., officiating.The bride is the daughter ofBrian and Rose Ann Rogers ofNorfolk and the groom is the son of Max and Jeannette Petersonof Huron.Matron of honor was Tricia Protzman of Tallahassee, Fla. Bridesmaids were Susan Peterson of Huron, Beth Rogers of Norfolk, Jill Anderson of Vermillion and Linda Larson of SouthSioux City, Neb.Personal attendants were LoriKooiman of Omaha, Neb., and Jennifer Larson of Kansas City,Mo.Bill Schultz of Minneapolis was best man. Groomsmen wereBob Sutton of Pierre, Lance Swanson of South Sioux City, Chris Paul and Doug Daberkow, both of Omaha.Ushers were Blake Peterson of Minneapolis, Steve McCullough of Rapid City, Russ Meyer andRob Crawford.Organist was Mary Bruckner of Norfolk. Brenda Hicks and Katie Bumpus, both of Winfield,Kan., were vocalists.The bride is a 1987 graduate of Norfolk High School and a 1991 graduate of the University of South Dakota. She is an admissions counselor at Southwestern College in Winfield.The groom is a 1987 graduate of Huron High School and a 1991 graduate of the University of South Dakota. He is in a master’s degree program at KansasState University.The couple lives in Manhattan, Kan.
