Pummill reported that he was asked to come over to Shull’s house He reported that on his way he was stopped by a woman in the street, and Shull allegedly ran out and jumped on the hood of the car, breaking the windshield.Shull was arrested on the earlier warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was also issued a summons for property damage. He was released on $216 bond.Also, police arrested Jeffrey Adam Weiland, 23. of 2221 East 12th, this morning on a warrant for stealing some gasoline.
