Keltner. The couple’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dale F. Sawyer of Edgerton and Mr. and Mrs. Elvin D. Keltner of Topeka.Performing the ceremony jointly were the Rev. Charles Ashmore, pastor of the Gardner church, and the Rev. Kathy Belton of Westminister Presbyterian Church of Topeka.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a-floor-length gown of delustered satin styled with organza overlays on the skirt, short puff sleeves, and a band of satin on the raised waist tied in a bow in back.
