Jerrold Conahan per formed the double ring cere mony at 11 a m Mrs. Stanley Brock was organist.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Plank of Westfield. The bridegroom is the son of Mr and Mrs. Marshall PersuiR of Hornell.Escorted by her father, the bride wore a gown of bouquet taffeta. Appliques of Alcncon lace trimmed the molded waistand scoop neckline. The bouf fant skirt was decorated with a back bow ending in a chapel train. The bride’s illusion veil was held by a taffeta pillbox. She carried a bouquet of white gardenias.Matron of honor was Mrs Samuel Nasca of Hornell Bridesmaids were Miss Anava Watkins of Washington, D. C.. and Miss Mary Lyn Erwin of Westfield.They wore white lace gowns with yellow satin cummerbunds and matching headpieces Theycarried cascades of daisies.David Persing of Hornell was best man for his brother. Samuel and William Nascs of Hornell served as ushers.A reception for about 175 guests was held at the Smith Hotel, Westfield.The bride is a graduate of Cowanesque Valley High School and Hornell Business Institute. She is employed by Carl M. Leob, Rhodes Co., Hornell.Mr Persing is an employe of the Erie Railroad, Hornell A graduate of Hornell High School, he attended the University of Illinois and served three years with the U. S.
