Kansas Couple Marry Tuesday In Jal ChurchMiss Deloris Weese, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joiner VVeese of Scranton, Kansas, and Mr. John G. Kerr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy I). Kerr of Topeka. Kansas, were married here Tuesday afternoon.The wedding ceremony was at 2:45 o’clock in the parlor of the Methodist Church with the Rev. Clarence L. Stanfield reading the service. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Daniel attended the couple.The bride has been employed in Topeka for some time, and arrived here several days ago and has been at the Butler Hotel. Mr. Kerr is employed with Gardner Bros. Drilling and Contracting Company, and is working with the crew on the deep test well west of Jal.After a summer here, the couple will return to Topeka where he will enroll at Washington University to continue his studies in political science.
