CARTER-STEGALLThe many friends of Miss Christine Carter and Mr. Rufus Stegall were surprised last Saturday evening when they announced their wedding which took place at the Methodist parsonage. Saturday, with the Rev. L. O. Logsdon perofrming the ceremony. The only persons present at the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Carter, brother of the bride.Mrs. Stegall is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Carter, of this city. She has a very lovable disposition which has won her many friends in this city.Mr. Stegall is the son of Mrs. Stegall and is an employee at the General Refractories brickyard here.Their many friends are congratulating them at their home which was already prepared for them at Clark Hill.
