Miss Strickland is a student at Richmond Technical Institute anil is employed at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurtnburg. Mr. Oxendine attends Robeson Technical Institute and is employed at Acme Electric. The wedding is planned for September 2, at 4 p.m. at Gospel Tabernacle, Rt. 1, Rowland.
