A farewell dinner was held recently at which time Clarence Ling was the guest of honor at the Ling home. Those attending were the Rev. Edwin Clapper, Ruth Shaw, Betty Hunter, Edna Ling, Maxine Paine, Clair Sebring, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Ling and Clair Ling. Clarence Ling was inducted into thearmy June 27.Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Trent spentseveral days at Hoppert’s cabin nearMann’s Choice.Technical Sergeant Edward Sesackis spending a ten day furlough withhis parents, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Se-eack. He is stationed at an army campin Tennessee.A dedication service of altar ornaments will be held Sunday, July 12, at 10:30 a. m. in the Graeff Lutheran church. The ornaments consisting of a baptismal bowl and altar candles have been presented to the church by members of the congregation in memory of friends or relatives and also by the Ladies Aid society.
