Married.Last Thursday at high noon at the home of the bride's parents, W. M Harland and wife, on American ridge. Miss Faith Harland was united in marriage to Edwin Condell, a prosperous young farmer of Driscoll ridge. Rev. Wm. Gray of Bethel performing the ceremony. About forty relatives of the contracting parties were present and at the conclusion of the ceremony did full justice to a splendid dinner prepared in honor of the occasion. Many beautifnl and expensive presents were received, the finest one being a piano from the groom to the bride. W. M. Harland and wife gave them a cabinet sewing machine, while the groom’s parents presented them with a set of silverware. A long list of other pretty and useful gifts were received.The bride was beautifully gowned in wiite silk while the grcom wore the conventional black, and the pretty home was a perfect bower of roses. Those who attended pronounced it a very pretty wedding, and the happy couple start life under most favorable circumstances, in a beautiful new cottage on the groom's well improved farm on Driscoll ridge.
