Thompson — LillyAmanda Dawn Thompson and Lucas Randall Lilly were married June 20 at Hotchkiss Church of God.The Rev. John Pack performed the ceremony.The bride is the daughter of James and Bobbie Thompson of Beaver. She is the granddaughter of Buford and Lola Stump of Beaver and Raymond and Lila Upchurch of Daniels.The groom is the son of John and Jacqueline Lilly of Cool Ridge. He is the grandson ofCharles and Doris Powell of Chesapeake Bay, Va., and the late Goldie Lilly of Cool Ridge.Maid of honor was Amy Thompson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were AprilWalker, Megan Lilly, sister ofthe groom, and Stephanie Stump, cousin of the bride.Flower girls were Shannon Davenport, cousin of the bride, and Brittanie Mitchem, cousin of the bride.Ringbearer was Aaron Stafford, cousin of the bride.Guest book attendants were Amber and Stacy Webb, cousins of the bride.Best man was Jeff Benfield. Groomsmen were Seth Lilly, brother of the groom and Michael Thompson, brother of the bride.Junior groomsman was Dustin Thompson, brother ofthe bride.Ushers were Eric Stump, cousin of the bride, and MattBenfield.Wedding reception followed in the fellowship hall of thechurch.The bride is a 1998 graduate of Shady Spring High School and a 1998 honor graduate of Academy of Careers and Technology.The groom is a 1997 graduate of Shady Spring High School and attended ACT.
