John Collins.The bride was Miss Frances Carole Joseph, daughter of Mrs. Beaumont Joseph, and the late Albert F. Joseph. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lowell Franz.Given in marriage by her brother - in - law. James Louis Seymour, the bride • wore a gown of Chantilly lace. over satin and tulle designed with a fitted bodice topped with a short jacket. The bouffant skirt was waltz length.
