William Kwiron, pastor, Miss Dominica Swingle, daughter of Mrs. Mary Swingle, 125 Dalzell street. Spring Valley b,ecame the bride of Charles Spalich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Spelich Garfield avenue, LaSalle.Miss Veronica Swingle, sister of the bride, was maid of honor while Miss Regina Peterson and Miss Louise Herrmann served as bridesmaids. Elmer Spelich, La Salle, a brother of thejj bridegroom was bestnuun. Prank Sodac and Walter Brate, also of La Salle were ushers.' i(wedding marches were (i*played by Miss Louise Gedvilas duringthe procession and recession. During ] the ceremony Miss Maryanne Kujawa f sang the “Ave Maria,” “On This Day O Holy Mother” and “Mother Dearest Mother Fairest.” During the singing ofiplaced at the altar f(I(:I1s5(Ifof the Blessed Virgin a bouquet of white carnations and feverfew. tThe bride wore a wedding gown of j French lace and net, fashioned with a sweetheart neckline, . leg o’ mutton j j sleeves and a tight tuxedo bodice. There were two net overskirts above satin and a long net train trailing from a crown of baby seed pearls and French lace. She carried a shower bouquet with ] ] a white satin ribbon.Miss Veronica Swingle, the maid of honor wore a blue gown, fashioned with a sweetheart neckline and bustle. Her shower bouquet wras of pink carnations fashioned with a blue satinstreamer. The bridesmaids wore identical gowns of pink net and carried bouquets of blue carnations fastened with pink satin ribbons.The men in the bridal party wore tuxedos.A wedding breakfast w*as served to the wedding party and immediate families of the principals in St. Anne'sparish hail.Beginning at 6 o’clock there was a reception fOr 260 invited guests in St.Anne’s hall, which was decorated withseasonal flowers and with white, blue and pink appointments. A huge three -tiered wedding cake was the centerpiece of the buffet serving table.Fallowing a honeymoon of one week ifl Wisconsin, the bride and bridegroom will be at home to their friends in La Salle. He is employed in the B. F. Sturtevant plant and is a veteran of the army having served three ye$r* in Italy with the infantry.
