One was performed in a local church, one in an edifice In Perth Amboy.EfJfc-C'oughtinMiss Jane Claire Coughlin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Coughiiii of Pulaski Avenue, became the bride of Robert Ellis, son of former Councilman and Mrs. Hercules fellis of Lincoln Avenue, at a nuptial mass celebrated In St. Joseph’s Church. This was sun# by its pastor, Rev. Paul Dwyer, OSM, who used the double ring ritual for the marriage ceremony. Mrs. Janet Pettitplayed the instrumental music and Robert McDonnell sung.The bride's gown was ol wlute lace made over satin, in bouffant style, and with a long train. Her tulle veil hung fingertip length from u cluster of seed pearls and she carried white roses and bou-vardia. For traveling she wore a powder blue gabardine suit with black and white accessories and a corsage of white roses.Miss Helen Louise Bodnar was the maid of honor and Mrs. John Dickinson of New Brunswick, the matron of honor. Stephen Bodnar served as best man, apd Edward D'Zuriila, James O'Donnell and Joseph Jardot, Jr., ushered.The maid of honor wore an aquamarine net gown with an off-Lhe-fihoulder neckline trimmed with ruffles.
