Sipe and Westfall Vows ExchangedMiss lone Westfall. Jerome, and Charles E. sipe, Twin Falls, were united in man-lage at 10:15 o'clock the morning of July 4 by Bishop N. W. Arrington at his country home.Miss Bernice Westfall, sister of the bride, and Paul Whitehead were official witnesses.Also present when the marriage service was read were Miss Eld a Simmons. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Cook and James Westfall.
