CHICKASAWMrs. Lauren Bostwick entertained a number of the littlefriends of her daughter. Betty, Wednesday afternoon with a party in honor of Betty's sixth birthday. First prize for boys was won by Marion Gilbert Shirah, and first for girIs by Shirley Thompson. Second prize for boys was awarded Aubrey Duncan and second for girls went to Dorothy Ann Tachett. jp®Ann SewellThose who enjoyed the party with Betty were Hortense Turner. AubreyDuncan.Mrs. Bostwick was assisted inserving and entertaining the little guests by Miss Yvonne Tait and Miss Sybil Hayes.Mrs. Ina Smallwood and Miss Ina Elizabeth Smallwood left Thursday for Birmingham, where they will attend the wedding of their son and brother. Charles Smallwood. Jr.. to Miss Genevieve Brown.Mr. and Mrs. Torres, of Lee st., are receiving congratulations on the arrival of a fine son. Mrs. Torres and baby have been moved home and are alad to see friends.
