Tulowitzky-BellMiss Cheryl Bell and Bob Tuiowitzky will exchange marriage vows July 30 according to an announcement by her parents, Mr and Mrs. Larry Bell, Rt. 4 The future bridegroom is the son of Mr and Mrs Robert Tuiowitzky, 234 N.Parkway Drive.Miss Bell graduated in May from Pendleton Heights High School She works at Mathews Meridian Street Market and plans to attend Ball State University in the fall.Her fiance graduated in 1976 from Madison Heights High School. He is employed in the meat department at Pay-Less Market.The couple will be married at the Meadowbrook Baptist Church. The Rev. Jim Walter will solemnize the double-ring ceremony at 2 p.m.
