McCARTHYAREYNOLDS WEDDINGOne of the prettiest. Juno weddings of the season occurred at. St. Mary's Church in Belmont Wednesday morning when Miss Marcella A. Reynolds, the charming daughter of Mr.*and Mrs. James . Reynolds, of theX-Settlement was united in the holy honds of matrimony with Mr. Charles J). McCarthy, a popular young man of Glean.Tim church decorations wore perfect, the altar was 'beautifully decorated with ferns and white roses and the church was filled with the admiring friends of the groom and bride. Rev. M. J. Colligan, of Buffalo cousin of the groom, performed the ceremony, which made two loving hearts beat as one. The bridal party marched to t ho altar to the strains otLohengrin's wedding march, which was beautifully rendered by Miss Katherine Rauber, of Wcllsville. The bride* was exquisitely gowned in abeautiful cream taffeta silk trimmed*opalesent net. She wore a long flowing bridal veil of tulle, which wat fastened to her hair with a wreath ot smilax and white roses. In her hand she carried a bouquet of orange bios sums.•i •Miss Katherine Reynolds, state) of the bride, was bridesmaid and wore a light, pink taffeta silk and car ried a shower bouquet of white car nations. The groom was attended by his brother, Mr. Frank McCarthy, ot Friendship and both wore the conventions! 1 black with white vests.Mr. V. W. Reynolds and Mr. F. J. Reynolds acted as ushers.Immediately following the cere monv nt. the'church a reception was-given at the home of the bride to tif ty invited guests, relatives of tin contracting parties where an elaborate wedding dinner was served. Ex♦cel lent, music was furnished by Mr William Youngs, the noted violinist of Angelica. 'There wefe $ guest s-present, from Belfast, Bolivar, Wells-ville, Cuba, Friendship and Belmont. The esteem in which the happy young couple are held was shown by the many beautiful gifts received, including silver, cut glass, china, linen, etc. The bride wore a pretty traveling gown of dark hi no silk. They departed amid .showers of rice and bestwishes for an extended wedding trip to points on the Great. I*akes and the Thousand Islands.■ Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy will be at borne to their friends after July 20. at 222 Tompkins St., Glean, X. Y.
