The Idaho Falls LDS Temple provided the nuptial setting for the recent wedding vows of Kathleen Sherman and Stanley Brown. Elder Robert Harrison officiated at the rites, The new Mrs. Brown is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Davis of Lisle, N. Y., and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mel Brown, 175 E. 22nd St. Following the ceremony the couple greeted guests at a reception at the home of the bridegroom's parents. Attend ing the bride was Mrs. Becky Stokes of Ogden, Utah, matron of honor. Other attendants were Mrs. Ruther Zech and Mrs. Kay Wells, both of Rexburg. Jill Brown, sister of the bridegroom, was the maid of honor and Kimberly Whiting, niece of the bridegroom, was the flower girl. Serving his brother as best man was Roy Brown of La Jolla Calif. Ushers were all bothers in-law of the bridegroom and included: Dale Petersen, Bruce Palmer and Lynn Whiting, all of Idaho Falls. Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Cole of Preston, grandparents of the bridegroom, were special guests. Other wedding festiviies include an open house in Lisle, N. Y., and a wedding breakfast was held at the Stardust hosted by the bridegroom's parents. Following an Island Park honeymoon, Mr. and Mrs. Brown are residing in Idaho Falls and will attend Ricks College. Pre-nuptial parties were hosted by Mrs. H. K. Morris, Mrs. Verl J. Andrew, Mrs. Monte Scott, and Mrs. Dan Stoddard.
