Smock, on Saturday evening at 8 o’clock, in a double j ring ceremony solemnized at the First Baptist church by the pastor, Rev. Clyde Fowler.The bride was attired in a street length frock of white organdy and wore a corsage* of red roses. Her attendant, Mrs Barbara Ann Brooksher wore pink organdy and a corsage of white carnations The groom was attended by Mr. Dan Cooley Jr. IMrs. Dan Cooley Jr. pianist, played traditional wedding music and preceding the ceremony, Mrs. j Mary Redford sang, “Always,” by Irving Berlin.The reception in the church parlors: followed the ceremony.Mr. and Mrs. Smock are at home at 525 Cherokee. 1
