Bailey Stone, pastor of the church, officiated the double ring formal vows.Gayle Spradley, organist, played traditional wedding selections and accompanied Clydell Chapman as she sang ‘‘Because and The Lord’si*J*MR. AND MRS. WILLIAM J. TUCKERPlrayer.”The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay J. Kelly of 1707 Ridgecrest. Mr. and Mrs. John Robert Tucker of Fort Smith, Arkansas, are parents of the bridegroom.Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was radiant in a traditional silhouette of silk sheer organza and peau d’ange lace. The fitted empire featured a sheer yoke embellished with lace and a deep lace ruffle circling the shoulder and down the back. Lace traced the waistline and formed the bishop sleeve and deep cuff. A soft ruffle edged the cuff. The skirt was enhanced with a duo lace-edged ruffle flounce which extended up in the back and fell into rows of ruffles creating a full chapel length train. Her face wasframed with a circular lace-edge veil of french illusion gathered to a matching lace and pearl camelot. The bride’s bouquet was a cascade of blue-tipped white roses enhanced with yellow daisies, baby’s breath, and English ivy. The bouquet was attached to a white prayer book carried in the wedding of the bride’s parents.Cende Connally attended as maid of honor. Robert Tucker the bridegroom’s brother, attended as best man. Michael Kelly and Paul Kelly, brothers of the bride, seated guests.A reception for the couple was held following the ceremony in the parlour of the church.Following a wedding trip to Ruidoso, N. M. , the couple is at home at 1000 Graham.The bride is a 1979 graduate of Odessa High School. Her husband is employed by Hiilen Drilling.
