Green.Performing the nuptial ceremony using the double ring vows was the Rev. Lisle J. Pottorf of St. Dominic’s parish.Parents of the couple arc Mr. and Mrs. Phil Baier, 1715 Park-wood, and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Green, Lincoln Rd., all of Garden City.Two bouquets of yellow and white carnations adorned the altar. Organist Mrs. O. C. Bergkamp played traditional wedding processional and reces-itonnl.White bridal lace fashioned the A-line gown of the bride who was given in marriage hv her father. Her cathedral length train of lace was edged with a scalloped border. Crystal sequins enhanced the bodice of her gown. Her elbow-length veil of illusion rippled from a princess crown featuring teardrop pearls. Ring bearer was Mike Baier. Serving as best man was Mike Green. Groomsmen were Rodney Farnsworth and Bobby Burgardt, all of Garden City. Ushers were Steve Burgardt and Randy Burnett.A reception of 100 relatives and friends was given at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Pouring punch wVs Karla Schiffel-bein and Linda Baier. Serving cake was Janet Baier, at the gift table was Diane Stegman and presiding at the guest book was Diane Barlow.After a wedding trip to Colorado the couple is at home at 1603Vi St. John.The bride attended Holcomb High School and the bridegroom attended Garden City High School.
