It was installed by Joe Bednar, who al the time of his retirement was a meber of the telephone family but was then working for the electriccompany.There were five original stock holders, Dr. A. H. Ketchum, W. B. Templeman, R. A. Horiock, J. M. Shaw and Dr. Tom Foster. They each owned $1,000 worth of stm'k.There was an agreementamong the stockholders that should any one of them wish to get of their stock or if any oneshould die, that the remaining stockholders would have the privilege of buying the stock.
