The best man was Adolph S. Ochs, brother of the bridegroom. The ushers, except Milton Gans of New York, a brother, were first cousins j of the bnde, namely, Howard Gans, First I Assistant District Attorney of New York; K. Richard Wallach of New York, Alfred Frank and Lester Newburger and Leon j and Lawrence Marks of Philadelphia, i Walter S. Gans, brother of the bride, was ! master of ceremonies.The bride wore an Empire gown of ivory white satin, trimmed with point lace, with full bridal veil.
