Monroe county, Ohio, June 6. 1872.When about ten years old. he moved with his parents to Dedham. He was a veteran employe of the Milwaukee railroad and for the last sixteen months had been stationed at the crossing where he met his death.He was married to Augusta Winett at Carroll, Sept. 23, 1895 and lived there until moving to Marion fifteen years ago. He is survived by his widow, three sons, Vergil and De-Wayne of Marion and Lynn of Cedar Rapids, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Mozena of Des Moines, two brothers, Philip Mozena of Louisa and George Mozena of Oklahoma City, Okla., two sisters, Mrs.Margaret Steagwalt and Miss EmmaMozena of Des Moines, and four grandchildren.
