The bridegroom is the son of Kenneth C. Sagerty, Las Cruces.Their early evening wedding took place at the First Methodist Church with the pastor of the church, the Rev. H. L. McAlester,Aitrusans Hear Guest SpeakerHobbs members of Altrusa International held . a program-luncheon meeting ‘ Thursday at noon at the New Village Cafe with Mrs. Herb King, in charge of the program.She introduced the guest speaker, Mrs.. Lona. Harris, whok told the group how cosmetologists and hair stylists are trained, and how they work with dress and hat designers in determining what the latest fashion silhouette will be. She also told them about National Beauty Salon Week, when new hair fashions are introduced. and said that on one day of each Beauty Salon Week, local beauty shops give one day's receipts to New ■ Mexico ■ Boys Ranch.Present, in addition to Mrs. Harris and Mrs. King. were Mrs. Estelle Whitaker, a guest; and Mrs. Freddye Hudnall, Mrs. R. J. Stipp, Mrs. E. G. Green, Mrs. J. C. Ewing. Mrs. Leroy Roland,mony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.Mrs. Jack Robinson was maid of honor, and John Bryon of Las Cruces was best man.
