Swisher-BrownA heirloom handkerchief belonging to the bridegroom’s great-grandmother was carried by Carolyn Brown as part of her* wedding ensemble.Miss Brown and Larry Swisher were wed at 2 p.m. Saturday in First United Brethren Church. The Rev. Roger Overmyer officiated and Martha Rucker was organist.The presentation of roses to mothers of the couple was included in the ceremony.,Mr. and Mrs. James Brown, 519 E. High f St., are the parents of the bride,™ a 1974| graduate of Findlay High School. Swisher, son of M. Jean Swisher, Route 7, and the late Wayne B. Swisher, graduate^ ‘ from Liberty-Benton High School in 1971.A gown of white satin with pearl beaded flower lace was selected by the bride. A waist length veil was the bride’s headpiece and she carried a cascade of red sweetheart roses, pink carnations and baby’s breath.Diane Swisher, Route 7, sister of the bridegroom, was maid of honor attired in a long gown of deep coral knit. Sue Inbody, Findlay, was bridesmaid dressed in a gown of burgundy knit. Both attendants carried nosegays to match their dress colors and headpieces were picture hats.Doni Jo Brown and Steven Dwight Brown, niece and nephew of the bride,Mrs. Larry Swisherwere flower girl and ring bearer.Mark Bout well, Fipdlay, was best man. Dennis Laube ahd Wally Versnick, Findlay, were ushers. -A reception followed in the church social room.The couple are on a month’s trip to the western states. *
