Joe P. Self Jr. of San Antonio, officiating at the double ring rites.The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Jerry Ensey of Spur. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Luce of Fort Stockton.MUSICTraditional wedding music was played on the organ by Mrs. J. A. Williams and Donnie Doubolse sang More,”“ The Twelfth of Never” , and “The Lord’s Prayer” by Ma-lotte.ATTENDANTSBarbara Lappe, a student at the University of Texas at El Paso, attended the bride as maid of honor. Mrs. Bobby Fail of Abilene, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. The bridal attendants worestreet-length sheath dresses of-antique gold with matching lace coats. They carried gold lace fans with white and gold spider chrysanthemums attached.Attending the bridegroom as iest man was Mark Yarbrough of El Paso, a classmate. Groomsman was Richard Foster of Odessa.Ushers were Larry Luce of Fort Stockton, brother of the bridegroom, and Nick Es-piritu of El Paso, a fellow student.THE BRIDEWhen given in marriage by her stepfather, Jerry Ensey, the bride wore a floor-length formal gown of white peau de sole fashioned with a portrait neckline and long, petal point sleeves. A chapel-length train flowed from the shoulders and was embroidered with seed pearls. Cabbage roses of peau de soie held the shoulder-length, tiered veil of white illusion. The bride carried a white Bible topped witnwhite and gold chrysanthemums.RECEPTIONA reception washeld immediately following the ceremony, in fellowship hall of the church.Mrs. Ensej chose for her daughter’s wedding an avocado green three-piece suit worn with l*ige accessories.Mrs. Luce, mother of the bridegroom, wore a three-piece turquoise suit with tapestry shoes and bag. Both wore corsages of white chrysanthemums.BACKGROUNDThe bride is a graduate of Spur High School and a junior at UTEP, El Paso. The bridegroom was graduated from Fort Stockton High School where he was an outstanding athlete. He is a senior at UTEP.Following a honeymoon in Ruidoso, N. M., the couple is at home in El Paso where the bridegroom is continuing his education this semester.COURTESIESA display shower was given by ten hostesses in honor of the bride in Spur on Friday evening prior to the wedding, and a party following the Saturday evening rehearsal was given in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ferrel Albin.Pam Riggs, cousin of the bridegroom, Mrs. Luce and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Luce attended these events from Fort Stockton.
