Postmaster Durnil Flees With Pride To A void CharivariPICHER, Jan. 26.—J. H. Durnfll, Picher potsmaster, became a benedict Saturday at Claremore, secretly marrying; Mrs. Beulah Siler of Picher, it became known here yesterday afternoon. When wcrd of the, wedding leaked out, friends of the couple began to plan what they described would be a “red hot” charivari. But the fH»«tmaster began to suspect something, so early last night he fled with his bride to Jopiin. Which action, his friends say, will make the charivari all the hotter” when the ccoiple returns to Picher.Mrs. Siler formerly lived at Joplin,} but for the last two years has lee*i aresident of Picher, at 119 South 1 idler street.
