Blaok in a brief and impressive manner, prouonnoed tbe ceremony which nnited tbe happy conple for life. Mr. Carter Is one of our excellent yooog men and the bnde an estimable youog lady. Tbe Immediate relatives of tbe high contracting parties were present. An enjoyable occasion, an abundant repast, a multitude of heartycongratulations characterized the wedding.The Leader unites with their many friends in extending congratulations to this young couple as they embark upon the matrimonial sea. /
