Compromised with Marriage-Henry Tinkey was arrested this morning by Marshal Lewellen on a paternity charge prefered by Sarah O'Haver. Both are from Union township and are representatives of good families. The suit was compromised by Tinkey marrying the young lady. Justice Morgan performed the ceremony this afternoon. Tinkey started out in married life with a male heir two years old.
