HONEY GROVE - Miss Undo Lou Edwards and Joe Rene Lee pledged their marriage vows in a doublering ceremony at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon, Jan. 4, in the McKenzie United Methodist Church. The Rev. Bob Lee officiated.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edwards of Honey Grove. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Lee of Killeen.Wedding music was provided by Mrs. Arnold Jolly, pianist, who played Always and Forever,” What a Difference You’ve Made in My Life,” Love Story,” “Come Live With Me.” “More” and “Let It Be Me.” She accompanied Pat Dillon as he sang “Colour My World. “Wedding Song and “Pledging My Love.”The altar was decorated with two nine-branched brass candelabras centered with a brass basket containing white chrysanthemums. blue carnations, lemon leaf foliage andbabv's breath.*Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of sheer polyester with a Queen Anne neckline and a fitted bodice covered with Venice lace. The long, sheer sleeves were accented with Venice lace sprays. The fullrllee - Edwardsgathered skirt extended to form a chapel-length train and her full-length veiling was attached to a Juliet cap of lace. She carried a bouquet of white roses, blue carnations and baby's breath.Miss Cindy Clark was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Miss Cheryl Wise of Honey Grove. Miss Patti Merrill of Lubbock. Miss Dana Witcher and Miss Diane Witcher, both of Honev Grove, and Miss Dee Creighton of Houston.They wore identical gowns of pastel blue with a flocked design. Each carried a nosegay of blue carnations, baby’s breath and white pom pon chrysanthemums.John Vines of Comanche served the bridegroom as best man. Groomsmen were Roy 1 .aBuff of Dayton. Gary Causey of Dike, Richard Eaton of Sash. Don Wise of Honey Grove and Mark Crumby of Bonham.Ushers were Steve Thurman and Jimmy Lon Bates, both of Honev Grove.A RECEPTION infellowship hall of the church was held immediately following the ceremony.
