Broome, late o£ this city, and Rill a Hoberg, late of Tiverton, were filed in. probate court today.Under terms of Mr. Broome’s will all property, real and personal, L left to a son, Sidney K Broome, West Lafayette Route 1, who is also named executor without bond. The will is dated Dec.1 11, 1937.Mrs. Hoberg's will leaves a life interest in her real and personal property to her husband, John IL'-crg. At his death, the estate is to be divided among eight children, John Elmer Hoberg, Hollis Hoberg, Lola Meeks, Mary Riden-baugh, Fern Wolf, Russell Hoberg, Theresa Hoberg and Arthur Hoberg.The son, John H. Hoberg, Is named executor. The document is dated Sept. 6, 1928.
