Oklahoma, formerly Mrs. Burts of Columbus. Before her mar. riage, Mrs. Burts was a charming resident of this city, a daughter of Rev. Robert H. Harris.A beautiful wedding and one of wide interest In Columbus, was tbat of Mrs. Mamie Harris Burts, to Mr. Frank B. Dillard, of Tulsa, Okla., which occurred Friday evening, January 17th, at the home of the bride on upper Third avenue. The ceremony was performed at 9 p. m. by ihe father of the bride, Rev.
