The plaintiff then wanted to withdraw the action. The defendant was awarded alimony and this, with the ousts of the case, amounting in all to $126, he was ordered to pay. This lie refused and neglected to do. The judgment, now rendered adds $26 additional costs, making the whole sum $150, and orders that he be confined in the Sheboygan county jail until the whole amount Is paid. The couple have six children.
