MissMarble Point Methodist arid Missionary Baptist Church In Gate City was the scene of the Jatu 1 wedding of Miss Carla Jo Moore .and Roy Lee Lark. The Rev,' J-W. Bowen officiated at ? Joe Carl Moore of 411 East Highland St., Gate City; The bridegroom’s parents are Mr, and Mrs. W, L, Lark*of 1002 Park St., Gate City, i =;=:VOWS WERE exchanged In a candlelight . ceremonyilluminated by one branched candelabrum and two nine-branched candelabra entwined with ivy. Two urns of greenery and two urns of large whiteJo Moore And:tchrysanthemums flanked a large 'basket of whitechrysanthemums. . Family pews were marked with white satin bows and bridal, bells entwined with Ivy, and an aisledoth was used.•Wedding music was presented by Miss Shirley Shelton. The wedding was directed by Mrs. Charlotte Bowen and Mrs, Charlene Mullins. ....... The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor-length gown of ivory French satin adorned with appliques of Alencon lace and sequins. Matching lace appliques cascaded the length of the cathedral train.A CAMELOT CAP; adorned with sequins - and. seed: pearls held her. bridal silk illusion - veil. She carried a'bouquet of pink, green, yellow and white rosebuds with matching streamers, atop a white Bible, Her only jewelry was a pearl pendant, a gift of the groom’s maternal grandmother, *.Mrs. Charlene ; Mullins served her1 sister a s matron of honor. She wore a floor-length gown of mint green polyester crepe. The bodice was trimmed with pink rosebuds. A cluster of pink rosebuds, stephanotis, and greenery held her veil of mint green Illusion.
