Riggs-HuelsmanKathleen Renee Huelsman and Janies David Riggs exchanged wedding vows Oct. 29 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Alton. Father Joe Ferraioli conducted the ceremony.The bride is a daughter of Dick and Judy Huelsman of Belleville. The groom is a son of Dave and Skip Riggs of Greenfield.Matron of honor was Stacey Schaefer. Bridesmaids were Iaurie Huelsman, sister of the bride. Kiinmi Bailey, niece ofthe bride, and Debbie Camerer, sister of the groom.Best man was Craig Camerer, brother-in-law of the groom. Groomsmen were Denny Riggs and John Riggs, brothers of the groom, and John Jilg.Ushers were Joel Cumby, I^irry Ragsdale and R.J. Huelsman, nephew of the bride.Ring bearer was Clayton Camerer. nephew of the groom. Guest book and program attendant was Beth Carter, cousin of the groom. Readers were Patty Knisley, aunt of the groom, and Joija Huelsman, sister-in-law of the bride.The bride was given away by her father, Dick Huelsman, and her brother, Bobby Huelsman.'Hie reception followed at the Hilltop Banquet Center in Alton.The bride graduated from Belleville Township High School West in 1991, the University of Illinois-Champaign with a degree in civil engineering in 1996 and Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in construction management in 2003. She works as a civil engineer at the Boeing Co.The groom graduated from Greenfield High School in 1992 and the University of Missouri-Rolla with a degree in civil engineering in 1996. He works as a field operations manager for Ceco Concrete Construction LLC.Hie couple resides in Gilbert, Ariz.
