McIntyre of fi222 South Marshfield Ave., a telephone re-pairman, rescued nineteen-year-old Miss Mamie Burns of 4731 South Marshfield Ave., a telephone operator, from probable drowning last summer at Manhattan beach a romance began. A few days after Christmas Miss j Burns obtained an indefinite furlough, j McIntyre did likewise. New Year'sday they both reported for work, j Since then Miss Bums admitted they had eloped. Their parents were unaware of the marriage.
