(Mr., Mrs. Pishney wed 60 yearsMr. and Mrs. George (Anna) 1 Pishney observed their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 12, ; with a mass at Transfiguration R. C. Church of Monongahela, The Rev. Hugh Lang was celebrant, and th Rev. Paul Leger, gave the couple the blessing following the mass.Mr. and Mrs. Pishney were married Jan. 12,1915 at St. Edward’s R. C- Church of FayetteCity with Father Mathias Kebe officiating.After mass dinner was served at the home of the honored couple in Forward Twp. for the immediate family. A two-tiered cake was baked by a daughter, Mrs. Nicholas Butelia. Mrs. (Pishney wore a blue and whitedress with a corsage of white carnations, and Mr. Pishney had a boutonniere.The Pishneys are the parent* of seven children, Fioyd Pishney of Monongahela R. D. 2» Mrs. Eugene (Henrtetta) Fine* George Pishney Jr. and Mr s. Nicholas (Martha) Butelia of Monongahela R. D. 1, Mrs. Peta (Wilheimina) Fletcher of Buno-la, Mrs. Margaret Gerhard of Bronx, N.Y. and Mrs. Paul (Alberta) Nosal of Donora There are 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren in the familyMr. and Mrs. Pishney received phone calls and cards during the informal family social afternoon that marked the occasion*
