Mr and Mrs. Cornelius Burke of St- Louis, were mar*__ried at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning, I of January 21st, 1942, in St Charles Borromeo Church, Rev. D.'E. Ham* ilton, S. J-, officiating.The bride wore a soft woolen cos tume suit in water fail blue* The dress smart in its simplicity had a flattering neck line scrolled in self braiding; the skirt was gracefuly gored. The fingertip length fitted jacket was trimmed in the self braid which outlined the slash pockets. Her hat was a matching fabric and color. A corsage of white orchids completed the bridal ensemble.Mrs. Ferd P. Meyer, sister of the bride and her only attendant woi costume suit in similar fabric to thebride's in the new honeybiege shade. The neck line of this smarmy tailor* ed dress was slightly V shaped and if. | trimmed in bands of self pleating* The jacket was fitted ift fingertip length. Her hat was contrasting in red bird red.
